Payment Policy

1.Sales policy:

The user may hire services and subscriptions from the client platform 

Subscriptions are processed as recurring payments invoiced on a monthly basis.

Services are processed as unique payments.

Payments may be made via:

  • Our virtual POS using VISA or MASTERCARD cards.
  • PayPal.

Once the payment has been made, the user will receive a notification and a payment receipt.

All recurring subscriptions not paid within two days will be cancelled.

2. Refund policy:

The user has the right to a refund of the amount paid for subscriptions and/or services in line with the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription cancellations can be made 5 days before the subscription is renewed in the following ways:

  • Via PayPal, by cancelling the subscription directly on the user’s PayPal profile.
  • Through the user control panel within the user platform.
  • By sending an email to with the subject “cancel subscription”.

2. Cancellations communicated via any other channel will not be accepted.
